Bedroom: two single beds and shared bathroom from 150$ plus 3.5% tax on lodging.

Family suite: double occupancy from $170 plus of 3.5% % tax on lodging; additional person $30, maximum 4 people. Private entrance to the basement, bedroom with queen-size bed, television, private bathroom, small living room, breakfast area. At your disposal toaster, kettle, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker and some utensils: Sugar, coffee, tea.

Method of payment : cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

There are no cancellation fees if your reservation is canceled at least 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellation less than 14 days and more than 3 days before your arrival date = 50% of the total of your invoice. Cancellation less than 3 days before your arrival date or if you do not show up on the scheduled day of your arrival = 100% of the total of your invoice. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
